Day # 1of my smile. It will take a few weeks for the full effect, but right now it looks pretty good. Not perfect, but good and a lot better than it was. Frown lines more puffed out.
Day # 15/week #3 start weight loss. I would have liked to lose more weight although, 4 pounds is good. Better than gaining and nothing at all. I do have to limit the calories more to lose more weight. Even if I only lose 8 pounds per month after 4 months that's 32 pounds so down to 168. Which looks a lot better than where I'm at! In 3 weeks I'll have max smile results and be down more weight and on a higher dosage to do that.
