Standing water and new pets!

 The neighbors are running their sprinklers and filling up the low area by the driveway. We figured its going to be standing water for weeks and a mosquito breeding area. Not a great situation. 

I had a great idea to purchase some fat head minnows after reading they are super at eating mosquito larve. Perfect! So off we went to spend $6 on our new puddle fish pets. It's also going to rain every day this entire week so between all the rain and the watering daily, this puddle should have plenty of water in it for weeks! 

Unfortantley, there are alot of trees also in standing water, including maples. I'm sure they will all be dead in no time. Ugh!!! More tree loss!
