We went up to the lake this weekend to cut the grass and trim up everything before the holiday weekend. I sprayed the weeds (itch weed) growing on the path and weeds around the firepit and beach. Plus, trimmed up all around the trees and decking etc.. It looks good for now but will need a touch up if it rains all this week. We were hoping to pick up the dock Friday, but it doesn't arrive till the 30th. So we have plans to pick it up on Thursday and assemble it. Hopefully, we get it done by Thursday or Friday morning at the latest. At least we'll have it for the 4th which was the goal!
No wind the first day up at the lake. Perfect for kayaking!
