67 and 60 today in March!!

I think the high was 67*F, but it could have been 70. Light winds too, which was nice because it felt nice out in the back yard hammock.

I had to kill time while waiting for my tires to be rotated and my back wiper to be replaced. I walked to Walmart and had a few items I needed to get or look for. I didn't find the shoe lids I was looking for, but I did find on clearance 3 sets of outdoor LED plastic hanging light for $17.50 each. After my oil change I got to work on hanging up the outdoor lights. I'm amazed I was able to do this since I had to climb up on the latter on our deck. I am not good with heights, but I managed.

They are amber color instead of bright white, but a better match to our other lights.

Steve made burgers last night on the new Coleman grill that Steve was able to fix. Both gas lines weren't aligned and he was able to take it apart and fix it. The burgers were soooo good.
Here's the new Colman grill that is being shipped to us as a replacement for the broken grill. Ours didn't have a stand, so if this is the one we are getting it's valued at $350 and we only paid $50 in all for our broken but now fixed grill. Guess we will see when it arrives if it has the stand. I'm assuming this is what they are sending since it was in the email and said shipped.

I liked both of these swim suits, but opted for the hot pink one. I sure hope it fits and I like it. I need a swim suit for Texas!! Now to order some eclipse glasses for viewing. I need to do this asap!

Here is the alternative place to bring our tree branches. They are charging $18 for one pickup truck load of 1 to 3 yards. We have all those branches to get rid of. I would have done that yesterday, but Steve has to cut them up into small sections first. Seems like a weekend project where it's not too chilly outside or at least 50 degrees. Maybe this weekend.

I probably should have finished our mud room. I need to do some paint touch ups and have to caulk the whole thing before it's 100% done.

Steve is in his contractor class today. Every year he has to do 8 hour of Cont Ed. This year he has to renew his home builder license which is $505 and good for 2 years. I'll need to pay that tomorrow before the 15th as it expires the end of the month and they need time to process etc.

Zoey has her Vet appointment today. She is getting a rabies shot for sure and the lump checked out on her stomach. I'm sure that's going to be another $300 for the well check up and all the shots. Ugh!!!

I also work right after her vet appointment. It's going to be another 60 degree day. I'd like to start painting the garage, but not sure that's going to happen?? I need another paint tray to start that project. It would be nice to clean up the garage and have it look better. Maybe I'll start with the primer/kills paint and then go from there!
