Weekend at home... rain!

 We stayed home this weekend due to the weather forecast of rain both Saturday and Sunday. 

We managed to fill it up with all kinds of things to do around here. 

We checked out a new to us park that re-did bike trails and a kayak launch area at Lilydale Park along the Mississippi River. We walked a while till the rain started up again. We defiantly need to go back and bike the trails. Saw deer run across the path. 

Kayaking lake area and maybe to fish? 

A trip to the St. Paul Farmer Market. I got some flowers. We tried the steamed pork/chicken Korean buns. Too good and lots of flavor! 

We picked up some basil and parsley along with some corn on the cob. 

We had a delicious breakfast at the Hope Bar in St. Paul. Chicken and Waffles with jalapeño maple syrup. Too tasty! 

Went to Cannon Falls Tilton Brewery for a few drinks and played some cribbage and Jenga.

Mojo Monkey Saturday morning for donuts, Mocha mouse was soooo good! 

Friday afternoon was boating on the St. Croix river and floating at the Island with a early dinner at Muddy waters.
