Sophomore year at Milwalkee for Logan. Move in went great. He is in the East towers, a bit newer build in 2000. Although, they look pretty much the same as the other tower built in the 70's.
We pretty much just set up Logan's bed. He was first to arrive, so got to choose the bed, desk first this year. Last year he didn't get to choose so it was a nice change to pick first. Although, both sides are just fine. He did pick the window for both the bed and desk plus grabbed the newer desk chair.
This year he has a kitchen to share with 5 others along with one bathroom. This will be the first year cooking so we had more items to purchase. He wanted a rice cooker and a small air fryer.
Plus, all the pots and pans etc.. We also loaded him up with water bottles, paper towels and TP that hopefully will last at least half the year. We bought some food but mostly just spices, oils, condiments etc. We left the organizing all the other stuff to Logan. He didn't want to stay since Move in was on Monday and classes didn't start till the following week on Tuesday. So off to our camping trip with the kids.
