Camping in Wisconsin..

After dropping off Logan's things in his dorm we headed with the kids to Harrington Beach for a few days. We actually arrived on Sunday at the beach. It's just 30 minutes North of Milwalkee, his college.

The kids liked this camp ground at the park. It wasn't busy and we had a big camp site with showers too.
The beach looked like Florida. This was at night, so hard to tell, but the water is clear and very blue with soft white sand.

Our camp spot surrounded by bushes and trees making it very private.

We picked up Beef tenderloin and I had a pre-birthday dinner the night before.

The wind was coming off the lake, so it was a bit rough out there. We didn't swim but walked in the water.
Took the trails to the lake from our camp spot.

Flowers in bloom every where.
Our camp spot, I think it was #216 in the way back all by ourselves.

Steve and I might have to go back to this beach again in October to visit Logan at school.

We also loved the town right next to Belgum where we stayed at the beach, Port Washington.

More beach...

Port Washington.

We had dinner at the Bean, which was a Mexican restaurant with swings at the bar and a band playing.
